三 | 但是一些平台机构将“五一”火车票供需的矛盾作为赚钱“商机”，采用“抢票软件”等特殊手段，开展“抢票牟利”业务，严重扰乱购票秩序，对旅客个人信息保护和铁路12306系统安全带来风险，有些还严重损害了旅客切身利益。对此，铁路部门回应，将加强对代购、抢票、囤票等行为的实时监测识别，对异常行为采取直接拒绝请求等措施。　　铁路12306科创中心技术负责人杨立鹏表示，铁路部门采取一系列遏制措施：　　尽最大努力规范购票秩序，维护购票公平；　　建立了旅客身份信息与国家发证机关的联网核验机制；　　切实规范12306平台注册、购票服务，让虚假身份信息无法注册、购票。

四 | 　　针对网传第三方“抢票软件”购买     “加速包”，可以让旅客提高抢票成功率的疑问，国铁集团表示，根据12306后台数据分析显示，无论旅客是否购买“加速包”，购买成功率是一致的。铁路12306网站（含手机客户端）是中国铁路唯一官方火车票网络售票平台，从未授权任何第三方平台发售火车票。
